Description: Para que a sociedade possa opinar sobre o futuro da cidade, Porto Alegre foi dividida em oito Regiões de Gestão do Planejamento (RGPs). Em cada uma delas foi criado um Fórum Regional de Planejamento, cujo coordenador (eleito) representa sua região no Conselho Municipal de Desenvolvimento Urbano Ambiental (CMDUA).Assim, são três os canais de participação: nas Regiões de Gestão do Planejamento, nos Fóruns Regionais de Planejamento e no Conselho Municipal Municipal de Desenvolvimento Urbano Ambiental (CMDUA).Sistema Cartográfico de Referênciade Porto Alegre (SCR-POA), definido pelos seguintes parâmetros:I – Sistema Geodésico de Referência (SGR): SIRGAS2000;II – “Datum” altimétrico: Marégrafo de Imbituba/SC; eIII – Projeção Cartográfica: Transversa de Mercator para PortoAlegre (TM-POA) com os seguintes parâmetros:a) Meridiano Central (MC): 51° O;b) Fator de escala sobre o MC: K0 = 0,999995;c) Latitude de origem: 0° (Linha do Equador);d) Falso Leste: 300.000m; ee) Falso Norte: 5.000.000m.
